Some food provided, plus potluck. Bring games like Frizbees, Corn Hole, Horseshoes, etc.
It is $5.00 to park. We will be using parking lot #3 – the pavilion is located adjacent to it. Party hours 11 am -4 pm. We have to clean up and vacate by 5 pm. No alcohol allowed.
We will supply hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, condiments, paper products, and utensils. We will need sides, desserts, beverages, and ice. Please put yourself down on the Punchbowl RSVP & Potluck link
Members are encouraged to bring spouses, children, grandchildren, patriotic neighbors, etc. for fellowship and to introduce them to the Assembly. You must RSVP for everyone included in your party by June 16th (Punchbowl will allow later RSVPs, but we really need to know how much to purchase by the 16th).
We will be inviting candidates (though they will more than likely have other plans)
