HB1381, and many other E.I. bills are making their way through Committees in the Legislature

We are co-hosting this Town Hall, along with Defend Florida, to discuss the nuances of these bills, especially HB1381. We are working to come to a compromise with legislators on some of the less attractive issues with the bill. Our hope is to accomplish that prior to the Town Hall, and discuss where we are at, at that time, with the bill, in it’s current form.
