As each patriot supplies LCRA with their petition template, their profile will be added here. Selecting their name on the form now, will allow us to merge your form with their template later, without having you come back and fill out another form. We wanted to make it easy, so that you only have to fill out and sign 1 form, instead of 2 now, 3 more next week, several more in a month, etc.

David Moerschel

David Moerschel is a seminary trained Christian minister, crisis chaplain, and medical specialist. He spent his life helping others both body and soul. He and his wife have been married 22 years and have 3 children 9 and under. He went to the Capitol with the Oath Keepers on January 6 in response to a call for help from a medic. He was pushed into the Capitol with the crowd and left as soon as he could. For his 11 minutes in the Capitol he and his family have sorely suffered. He was in some level of federal custody for 2 years, until lately his sentence was commuted by President Trump. A commutation only ends the sentence. It does not restore a person’s rights. David is seeking a pardon from Trump.

Patriots Not Seeking a Pardon

Kelly Meggs

Kelly Meggs_190_180
Kelly Meggs is concerned that a pardon might disrupt his push to be acquitted, and exonerated. While some might not agree, we must all respect Kelly’s wishes. As such, his name has been removed from the form. Should he change his mind in the future, we will gladly reinstate his name on the form.
