Cindy Trautz

As a lifelong Republican who cast her first vote for the Republican candidate in 1976, and every Republican since, Cindy Trautz is fully committed to promoting and preserving the Constitution of this country, the greatest one to exist in the history of mankind.

Cindy has been in financial services her entire career of more than 4 decades. She has served in many capacities in banking, including as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board for a Los Angeles-based bank. Her career eventually evolved into positions in bank technology, where she has engaged in global systems integration design for companies including 6 of the Fortune 10 corporates in the world and 40% of the US Federal Government.

Cindy also has been actively engaged in community service, serving as President of the local girls’ softball organization in Loudoun County, Virginia. While there, she organized the National Championship tournament for USA Softball, which won the Event of the Year award from Loudoun County Visitors Association. She was the leader for the children’s church at a local church in Alexandria, Virginia. She was actively involved on the parents’ association for the schools which her children attended.

In the area of political activism, Cindy was heavily involved in the Tea Party in Northern Virginia, the 912 group, and organized the American Conservative Party’s annual convention. She worked on several campaigns, assisting with campaign organization, publicity, technology, and fundraising. She was a member of the Loudoun County Republican Women’s Club.

Since moving to Florida, Cindy has been very active within the community and in Republican circles. She was Treasurer of the Osceola County chapter of the FRA; and worked on the Osceola County Republican Executive Committee’s annual fundraising event. She was named Volunteer of the Year in 2024 by the OCREC.

She also was a driving force in working to stop development of the golf course where she lives, organizing volunteers, finding potential investors, and educating the community on civic engagement. She is the Chairman of the Overoaks Community Development District, and she serves as Treasurer for the Osceola Conservative Action Committee. She frequently assists small companies in financial matters, including planning, budgeting, and set up.

Cindy graduated cum laude in Business Administration for her Bachelor’s degree; and she has a Masters in Instructional Technology, both from Fort Hayes State University. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. She received a Paralegal certificate from George Mason University.

The combined skills in financial management and her civic-minded servant leadership mindset will bring strong support to the Florida Republican Assembly.
